About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HCPC registered Psychologist to join our team at Shire Healthcare. As a Psychologist, you will be working with children and young people with complex needs, including developmental trauma, neuro-developmental conditions, autism, ADHD, and special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct clinical assessments and provide specialist and evidence-based psychological interventions in a 121 or group setting to pupils and residents (9-18 yrs old).
  • Work across specialist schools, children's homes, and integrated provisions.
  • Join a multidisciplinary team (MDT) to provide comprehensive care and support.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • HCPC registration as a Clinical, Counselling, Forensic, or Educational Psychologist.
  • Previous experience working with children and young people with complex needs.
  • Strong knowledge of psychological therapies and interventions.
