Position Overview

We are seeking an Assistant Store Leader to become a vital part of our team.

Role Responsibilities

As a key member of our management team, you will report directly to the Store Manager. Your role will involve actively participating in daily operations and embodying the values and standards of B&M. You will collaborate closely with the Store Manager to enhance store performance and ensure exceptional operational standards. Your leadership will be crucial in managing various aspects of the store, from inventory management to team recruitment.

In the absence of the Store Manager, you will take the reins, motivating your team to achieve outstanding results consistently. At B&M, our leaders are hands-on; as an Assistant Store Leader, you will be on the sales floor, mentoring and inspiring your team to reach their full potential. You will set the pace and lead by example.
