Position Overview

We are seeking an Assistant Store Leader to become a vital part of our team.

Role Responsibilities

In this position, you will report directly to the Store Manager and be an active team member who exemplifies the operational standards of our company. You will assist in achieving exceptional store performance and work collaboratively with the Store Manager to enhance store efficiency. You will take pride in managing store operations, from inventory management to staff recruitment.

In the absence of the Store Manager, you will assume responsibility for the store, motivating your team to achieve outstanding results consistently. Our leaders are not confined to the office; as an Assistant Store Leader, you will be actively engaged on the sales floor, coaching and inspiring your team to realize their full potential.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing medium to large teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • A track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
