Position Overview

We are seeking an Assistant Store Leader to become a vital part of our team.

Role Responsibilities

As a key player reporting to the Store Manager, you will embody the B&M ethos, guiding your team to uphold exceptional store standards daily. Collaborating closely with the Store Manager, you will strive to enhance store performance, overseeing all operational aspects from inventory management to staff recruitment.

In the absence of the Store Manager, you will take the reins, motivating your team to achieve outstanding results consistently.
