Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Agile delivery within a Senior Project Management, Programme Management, or Senior Business Analyst capacity, demonstrating adaptability as needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects or programs, effectively onboarding teams and managing scope, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills along with stakeholder identification and management capabilities.
  • Proficient in building relationships at various levels within complex organizations.
  • Potential for leadership roles, with experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members.
  • Broad industry insight and an understanding of both technical and business trends.
