About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Sales Representative to join our team at Horton Rose. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in guiding customers through the initial stages of the purchasing process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Respond promptly to customer inquiries received via phone or other channels, understanding their needs and requirements to recommend and upsell appropriate products.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough knowledge of our offerings, pricing, and policies to effectively communicate with customers and overcome any product-related questions and objections.
  • Lead Generation: Generate sales leads that develop into new customers, utilizing your sales skills to convert inbound leads into sales.
  • Communication: Manage the flow of information between customers and different departments of the company, ensuring seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
  • CRM Management: Document all customer interactions in the company's CRM system for future reference and follow-up.
  • Follow-up and Conversion: Follow up with potential customers who have expressed interest but have not yet purchased, effectively converting them into sales.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Polish and English: Fluency in both languages is required to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Remote Work Experience: Experience working remotely is essential, as this role is fully remote.
  • Sales Experience: Proven sales experience is required, with a strong track record of converting leads into sales.
