About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Field Sales Representative to join our team at Charity Link. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be the public face of our charity partners, interacting with the public and securing regular monthly direct debit donations or lottery sign-ups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with the public at various events, shows, and venues to promote our charity partners and secure donations
  • Work independently to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the public, building trust and rapport to secure donations
  • Utilize effective communication skills to articulate the value proposition of our charity partners
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to maximize opportunities for securing donations

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales, customer service, or field sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with the public
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
