About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Field Sales Representative to join our team at Charity Link. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be the public face of our charity partners, interacting with the public and securing regular monthly direct debit donations or lottery sign-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with the public at various venues, including shows, events, superstores, and shopping centers
  • Build rapport with potential donors and secure regular monthly direct debit donations or lottery sign-ups
  • Work independently, using your own initiative to meet and exceed targets
  • Collaborate with our in-house venues team to secure the best possible venues for fundraising
  • Utilize charity-branded clothing and equipment, as well as an electric tablet to sign up donors

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales, customer service, or field sales
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build immediate face-to-face rapport
  • Ability to work Saturdays, as weekends are peak times for sign-ups
  • Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
  • Willingness to work outside in all weather
  • Desire to become a passionate advocate for the charity you represent
