Lead Videographer

At Ogilvy Amsterdam, we're seeking a highly skilled and visionary Lead Videographer to join our production team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the entire video production process, from concept development to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute creative visions for video projects, working closely with clients and creative teams.
  • Direct and self-shoot video content, ensuring high-quality production and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with production staff to deliver end-to-end production, including post-production, editing, sound design, and color grading.
  • Oversee casting, location scouting, and set design to ensure production quality and consistency with the creative concept.
  • Present concepts, storyboards, and rough cuts to clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging team members to contribute ideas and excel in their roles.
  • Ensure clear communication and coordination among all team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
  • Review and approve all video content to ensure it meets the highest quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in a senior/lead role within self-shoot directing and videography, with a strong portfolio of work in a creative environment.
  • Proven experience shooting and directing a variety of video projects, including social media content, corporate videos, PR, events, and branded entertainment.
  • Strong team management abilities, with experience guiding and mentoring production teams.
  • Excellent client management and communication skills.
  • Proficient in video production software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of current video production trends, techniques, and technologies.
