Job Title: Videographer

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic videographer to join our creative team at Somerset House Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and dynamic video content for our web and social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and produce high-quality video content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with our design, marketing, and social teams to brainstorm and pitch creative ideas that resonate with our audience.
  • Lead creative thinking on concepts for video-based social media content, incorporating motion graphics, typography, and music to enhance storytelling.
  • Work onsite at events to ensure content is captured as per the brief, and maintain an archive of footage and projects for future use.
  • Identify ways to repurpose historic long-form evergreen content for social channels, ensuring all video content aligns with our brand's visual identity and tone.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
  • Experience with social media platforms and understanding of their content requirements.
  • Proven experience as a videographer, ideally in a social-first creative, arts, or cultural environment.
