We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Creative Lead to join our London Design & Production team. This is a full-time contract with potential for extension or permanence. Our team consists of illustrators, animators, photographers, videographers, coders, and brand builders who create engaging content for top brands worldwide. As a Senior Creative Lead, you will focus on supporting our Design & Production Director on a major tech brand account. Your responsibilities will include developing creative concepts, producing 2D and 3D motion graphics, and collaborating with a team of creatives to deliver high-quality social content. You will work closely with specialists from Insights, Community, Strategy, and other departments to deliver innovative social-first work for our clients. Our Conversational Creative relies on innovation, expertise in platform features, and production techniques, combined with an understanding of what people are talking about and why it's important to them and their communities.

The Role
  • Own and lead the creative output on up to 3 accounts, producing campaigns, overseeing retainer content, and developing the design team with your impressive design knowledge.
  • Support and lead innovative ideations, fostering confidence within the design team.
  • Deliver campaign and brand development, oversee retainer workflow, and art direct social content using motion graphics, photography, and video.
  • Hands-on creation of content through motion graphics and photography, ownership and quality oversight of content outputted by junior members of the team.
  • Lead team members, collaborate with client service and community teams, and work with community managers, strategists, and account teams to create future-thinking, bold, and social-first ideas.
Requirements
  • Experienced creative with graphic design education and 5+ years of experience from an agency background.
  • Experience with B2B brands, leading teams, and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Branding/strategic design, 2D & 3D Motion Design knowledge, attention to detail, and design thinking.
