Hotel Sales Office Manager Job in Wolverhampton

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales Office Manager to join our Luxury Hotel & Spa in Wolverhampton. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for converting inbound sales enquiries into bookings, working closely with our Events Co-ordinator to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and convert sales leads into bookings
  • Work closely with the Events Co-ordinator to plan and deliver events
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the sales team
Requirements:
  • Leadership or management experience within a hotel or events sales office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of the hotel industry and sales processes
