Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Operations Control Rooms team as Firefighter Operations Control Specialists. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple tasks during emergency incidents, including answering emergency calls, mobilizing resources, and communicating with partners and other organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage emergency incidents from start to finish, ensuring effective communication and coordination with team members and external partners.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to provide clear and concise information to stakeholders, including the public, emergency services, and other organizations.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals and objectives, promoting a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of emergency response procedures, protocols, and best practices to ensure effective incident management.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques.
