Job Summary

The Technology Risk and Control Specialist is responsible for identifying, assessing, and quantifying technology risks for the Technology Service Operations organization. This includes coordinating and reporting on mitigating activities to ensure operational resilience, technology obsolescence, data integrity, and complex systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with technology teams, project managers, 2nd Line Risk, and IT leadership to identify and mitigate technology risks.
  • Develop and implement risk management frameworks and methods to ensure operational resilience.
  • Conduct quantitative analysis to assess technology risks and provide data-driven insights.
  • Provide strong analysis and recommendations to IT leadership to inform technology risk management decisions.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and methods.
  • Experience in operational resilience and technology risk management.
  • Quantitative analysis techniques and experience in the UK financial services industry.
