About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacist to work in an acute trust environment, providing high-quality clinical pharmacy services as a member of our ward-based teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients in an acute trust setting
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
  • Develop and implement clinical pharmacy services to improve patient outcomes
  • Contribute to the development of the pharmacy department and the trust as a whole
Requirements
  • A vocational Master's degree in Pharmacy plus pre-registration training resulting in registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council as a Pharmacist
  • Postgraduate Certificate in Clinical Pharmacy qualification or proven level of equivalent experience
  • Demonstrates commitment to Continuing Professional Development
  • Previous hospital Pharmacy experience
