  • Liaise with internal teams, including Client Service and Field Audit, to address client inquiries and concerns.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs and preferences.
  • Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve client issues and improve overall client experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.

Requirements:
