Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Agent

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent Bilingual Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our German-speaking customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone and email management software.
  • Process customer orders and changes using in-house system software.
  • Develop relationships with customers to build opportunities and ensure high levels of customer retention.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with company processes and product portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both oral and written English and German.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Computer literate.

Experience:

  • Customer service/sales/administration experience preferred.
  • German Language (C1 level minimum) required.
