About the Role:

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our German-speaking clients, resolving complex queries, and processing orders and changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer queries and process incoming requests via various channels, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Process customer orders and changes using in-house system software, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop relationships with customers, building opportunities and ensuring high levels of customer retention.
  • Participate in the ongoing development of customer care and the wider business, contributing to personal learning and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with processes and ensure a thorough understanding of the company's business structure and product portfolio.

Key Attributes:

  • Fluency in both oral and written English and German.
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers.
  • Able to build good relationships at all levels with a positive and flexible approach.
  • Able to solve problems, have initiative, and open to continuous improvement and learning.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Computer literate.
  • Positive, resilient, and adaptable to change.
  • UK visa holder.

Working Arrangements:

This role offers a mixture of home and office working, with typically one day per month spent in our modern and fun integrated office in Cambridgeshire to collaborate with colleagues. Days and requirements may change in line with business needs.

Requirements:
