Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Tate Hitchin. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Re-book appointments and allocate work to engineers as needed.

  • Gather information from other teams to close jobs and ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Assist engineers and customers with queries and provide solutions to resolve issues.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and Excel spreadsheet management.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident computer user with experience in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Previous customer service experience in a retail or call centre environment.
  • Previous administration experience is desired but not essential.
  • Natural problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and support.
