About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent Bilingual Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our German-speaking customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer orders and changes via various channels, including phone, email, and in-house software.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with company processes and product portfolio to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both oral and written English and German.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Computer literacy and ability to learn new software systems.
