About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor to join Flowers Associates as a Generalist HR Manager. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a vital role in supporting the business in achieving its goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HR support to the business, including employee relations, performance management, compliance, and engagement projects.
  • Work closely with the HR Director to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the business's goals and objectives.
  • Conduct employee investigations, provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, and support the development of HR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to HR.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employees at all levels to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum level 5 CIPD qualification, ideally level 7.
  • Proven experience in a generalist HR role, with a strong understanding of employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a proactive and flexible approach to work.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide sound advice and guidance.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary, ranging from £35,000 to £43,000 per annum, depending on experience.
