As a Sales Adviser/Retail Advisor, you will be responsible for optimizing sales and individual customer purchases, engaging customers with a first-class service, and operating the till and handling financial transactions. You will also be responsible for replenishing stock, assisting with deliveries and stock handling, and undertaking cleaning and housekeeping duties.

We are looking for a warm, friendly, and engaging personality who is highly motivated and has a desire to be the best. You will need to work well within a team, use your own initiative, and adapt to frequent change and a high-pressure environment.

In return, you will receive a competitive hourly rate of £11.63, regardless of age, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Optimize sales and individual customer purchases
* Engage customers with a first-class service
* Operate the till and handle financial transactions
* Replenish stock
* Assist with deliveries and stock handling
* Undertake cleaning and housekeeping duties
* Ensure compliance with all company procedures
* Take responsibility for personal development and actively seek opportunities for improvement
* Responsible for Health and Safety

**The Contracted Hours:**

The contracted hours stated above are a minimum guaranteed number of weekly hours, but there is an expectation to work more hours and flexibility is required, especially during peak trading periods.

**Pay Rates:**

£11.63 per hour, regardless of age.
