Sales and Design Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Sales & Design Consultant to join our team at Rowen Homes, a luxury homeware brand. As a Sales & Design Consultant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the visual presentation of our store is maintained to an exceptional standard.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a smiley, engaging customer experience that makes a lasting impression
- Ensure the store is maintained to an exceptional standard, representing our brand and merchandising guidelines
- Assist customers to find products that meet their needs, dreams and aspirations
- Handle cash in line with the company policy / process
- Build and maintain amazing relationships with store colleagues and add positive energy to the store team
- Handle deliveries and stock control as requested
- Assist in ensuring all stockrooms are maintained to a high standard with all stock accessible and treated with respect
- Be resourceful and versatile in response to changing demands of the retail
- Comply with and uphold health and safety procedures and guidance in the workplace
- Previous sales experience
- A home/interior design interest
- Be a positive, highly engaged and motivated individual who has a passion for delighting their customers through delivering exceptional service every time
- Thrive on achieving, have a competitive nature, enjoy that your individual contribution means your team succeed
- Be driven, resilient, have excellent time keeping and take pride in your work
- Have excellent communication skills and be comfortable presenting to our customers
- Good observation skills with an eye for detail, exceptional organisational and problem solving skills
- A can do attitude, drive to succeed and enjoy learning and developing
- The ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload
- £11.50 per hour
- 16 hour contract, temporary until 14th January
