Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Field Delivery Specialist to join our team at Verelogic. As an IT Field Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional IT support services to our customers, ensuring that their IT hardware and software products are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering IT support services that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Repair, diagnose, and replace PCs, laptops, printers, servers, and associated peripherals in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide customer builds and configuration to the desk, ensuring that all hardware and software is properly installed and configured.
  • Utilize a PDA to check and update allocated calls in a timely manner, ensuring that all work is accurately reflected in real-time.
  • Work efficiently and proactively to deliver IT support services to a diverse range of customers, ensuring that all SLAs are met or exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Good customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers at all levels.
  • Knowledge and experience of PC, laptop, printer, and associated peripherals operation.
  • AV experience, with the ability to install and configure audio-visual equipment.
  • UK Driving Licence, with the ability to travel to customer sites as required.
  • Security clearance, or willingness to apply for clearance.
