Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Field Engineer to join our team at REC-REVOLUTION LTD. As a Field Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients in the South England region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform on-site technical visits to diagnose and resolve issues with EPOS and IT systems.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients on the use of our systems.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge base.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Field Engineer or similar technical role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of EPOS and IT systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £27,300 rising to £28,250 after probation.
  • Standby supplements and overtime pay.
  • A comprehensive benefits package.
  • A van for business use.

Working Hours:

  • On-site working hours: 9am to 5:30pm.
  • Weekends and Bank Holidays: Standby Rota (premium paid).
