Job Description

As a key member of the William Blake Group team, the Strategic Social Media and Brand Lead will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's global goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Social Media Roadmap: Create a long-term social media roadmap that drives engagement, reputation, and brand awareness across Europe and Asia.
  • Content Strategy and Creation: Establish a strategic approach to social media content that aligns with the global strategy, while adapting to regional business needs, culture, trends, and social platforms.
  • Collaboration and Partnership: Partner with key teams and stakeholders to identify content needs, gaps, and opportunities to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership in Europe and Asia.
  • Communication and Reporting: Maintain strong communication with internal and external teams, and provide regular reporting and communications on social media initiatives, campaigns, and performance to key marketing groups and the broader business.
  • Content Curation and Governance: Coordinate content creation and curation using a creative and broad approach to formats, ensuring consistency in messaging, visuals, and tone of voice.
  • Process Improvement: Manage and oversee overall social program governance, process, and operations, including leading best practices, streamlining operating procedures, and implementing a workflow and calendaring tool.
  • Industry Standards and Best Practices: Review and update social media guidelines, procedures, and training to reflect the latest industry standards and best practices.
