Job Title: Junior Service Co-ordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust as a Junior Service Co-ordinator. This role will play a key part in supporting the Performance & Information Team and the Patient Access Team in reviewing and validating Non-RTT pathways across all Divisions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead on the organisation of validating our non-RTT PTLs for both admitted and non-admitted pathways and diagnosing areas for data quality improvement within the services.
  • Lead on the reporting of data quality measures and advising on the development of methodologies in the delivery of a comprehensive approach to the continued improvement of data quality within the Trust.
  • Present complex information to key stakeholders, assist in planning the improvement programme and support the implementation of solutions.
  • Support staff to evaluate any changes made and to ensure improvement is sustainable and, wherever possible, adopted Trust wide.
  • Lead on the achievement of a number of time pressured performance targets which will require project management skills using an agreed methodology and working closely with care groups to develop shared understandings and plans for improvement.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Masters Degree or Equivalent Experience
  • Relevant Project Management Experience
