We are seeking a highly motivated and engaging individual to head up the day-to-day operations of our Clerkenwell Design Centre in London.

The privately owned UK operation has a turnover of £350 million with ambitious plans to double that in the near future as well as exciting investment plans for the next 5 years.
This full-time permanent role comes with an attractive performance-based salary package, benefits including salary sacrifice scheme and various health and wellbeing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain the showroom appearance, including its organisation, cleanliness, and updating showroom displays.
- Establish strong relationships with decision-makers, including architects, designers, project consultants, distributors, developers, builders, carpenters, and end consumers.
- Develop new business leads by visiting key architectural offices to specify products in their projects.
- Organise and participate in local fairs and specific events to promote the brand.
- Schedule customer meetings, lead workshops, presentations, and staff trainings.
- Relevant experience in a retail or showroom environment, including managing day-to-day operations, handling inventory, and understanding sales processes.
- A degree in interior design, architecture, marketing, or public relations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Flexible with a hands-on approach, comfortable using initiative in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Bilingual in German, Spanish, or French would be advantageous.
We are looking for a talented individual who can demonstrate a strong customer focus, marketing know-how, and an understanding of how visual merchandising helps promote products effectively and creates an attractive showroom layout.
