Job Title: Health and Safety Advisor

Are you a seasoned Health and Safety professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for ensuring a safe working environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a Health and Safety Advisor to join our team at Nexus Careers Group Ltd.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join our team. As a Health and Safety Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on health and safety matters to our clients. You will work closely with our account management team to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with relevant health and safety legislation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating risks
  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety matters
  • Collaborate with our account management team to identify and address health and safety concerns
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH certification or equivalent
  • Experience in a health and safety related role
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards
  • Understanding of CDM2015 and BS 5975 Temporary Works Standard
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
