We are seeking a highly experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Conduct regular site audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement risk management strategies.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on safety performance and trends.
- Proven experience in a health and safety role, with a strong understanding of UK legislation and regulations.
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
