About the Role
Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited has partnered with a leading advice, investment, and wealth management organisation to find a skilled Health and Safety Advisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and progressing safety performance, assessing training needs, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date health and safety management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and progress safety performance and monitoring.
- Assess training requirements and arrange relevant training programmes.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date health and safety management systems.
- Prepare responses to insurers or solicitors in response to personal injury claims.
- Prepare and present update reports for internal governance forums.
- Arrange and conduct annual audits and inspections.
- Collaborate with Total Facilities Management, on-site teams, landlords, and building management companies.
