About the RoleWe are seeking individuals with a Level 4 (or above) Careers Information, Advice and Guidance qualification to join our team. As a Careers Advisor, you will provide career information and advice to individuals accessing our service, triaging and assessing their needs, and making referrals where necessary.
Key Responsibilities- Provide career information and advice to individuals via phone, online, and email
- Triage and assess individual needs, making referrals where necessary
- Work from home, with flexible hours and a 7.5 hour working day
- Collaborate with our National Career Service colleagues to provide comprehensive support
As a Shaw Trust employee, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including:

Our salaries are competitive, with starting rates ranging from £28,978 to £34,328 per annum, depending on location and qualifications.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract, with opportunities for extension or permanent employment.
