About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Careers Information and Advice Specialist to join our team at Shaw Trust. As a Careers Information and Advice Specialist, you will play a key role in providing impartial information, advice, and guidance to National Careers Service customers, empowering them to achieve their career management goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver careers advice to adults, individually or in groups, employed and unemployed
  • Hold a minimum of Level 4 Diploma in Careers Information and Advice or NVQ 4 in Advice & Guidance, or be willing to undertake and complete training within 12 months of starting
  • High level of competency in the effective operation and use of ICT, including its wider application
