About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Careers Information and Advice Specialist to join our team at Shaw Trust. As a Careers Information and Advice Specialist, you will provide impartial information, advice, and guidance to National Careers Service customers using various modes of delivery, empowering customers to achieve their career management goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver careers advice to adults, individually or in groups, employed and unemployed
  • Hold a minimum of Level 4 Diploma in Careers Information and Advice or NVQ 4 in Advice & Guidance or be willing to undertake and complete training within 12 months of starting
  • High level of competency, effective operation, and use of ICT including its wider application
