Job Title: National QSHE Advisor

Job Summary:
Dalkia UK is seeking a highly skilled National QSHE Advisor to provide expert advice and guidance on Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment (QSHE) matters across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and carrying out QSHE inspections, maintaining project records, and coaching employees in QSHE induction programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide competent and definitive QSHE advice, guidance, and leadership to the Projects team
Manage and carry out QSHE inspections on all project works across the contract
Assist in maintaining project QSHE records as required
Coach and mentor employees in QSHE induction programs and other training required for projects
Participate in Health & Safety Codes of Safe Working and other Environmental issues to ensure total compliance with Dalkia Health, Safety, and Environmental Policy

Requirements:
NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent
NEBOSH Diploma or working towards
NEBOSH Construction Certificate
Training experience
Project work / general construction background
