Quality Enterprises USA is seeking a highly skilled National Quality Manager to join our team. As a National Quality Manager, you will be responsible for delivering compliance audits, providing expert guidance, and developing the knowledge and skills of our project teams and supply chain partners. You will identify areas for improvement, share best practices, and drive consistency across our projects. Your expertise will help us maintain our reputation for excellence and ensure our customers receive the best possible service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct National Quality Advisor visits to assess project standards against our Quality Management System, Yellow Book Guidance, and other relevant technical and compliance standards
* Analyze trends, identify root causes, and develop solutions to common issues
* Collaborate with our National Product Team to shape guidance, processes, and standards
* Provide training, support, and feedback to project teams and supply chain partners
* Maintain and develop your professional competency and knowledge through CPD and training
* Lead by example, taking responsibility for delivering work to the highest standards

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience in construction, quality control, or a related field
* Proven experience in the construction industry, with the ability to read and understand specifications and drawings
* Ability to prioritize, plan, and deliver agreed objectives
* Ability to learn new software systems
* Experience in reporting on KPIs and collecting, monitoring, and evaluating management information
* Degree-level education in a business, construction, or engineering field, with a relevant professional qualification (desirable) - MCIOB/TFireE, etc.
