About the Role

As an Insurance Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling claims from initial notification to final resolution
  • Providing excellent customer service and communication throughout the claims process
  • Conducting thorough investigations and assessments to determine claim validity and liability
  • Working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless claim handling and resolution
