Job Title: Insurance Account Handler

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Account Handler to join our team at Stanmore Insurance Brokers Ltd. As an Insurance Account Handler, you will be responsible for handling new business enquiries, renewals, and mid-term adjustments for our commercial and personal lines clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Handle new business enquiries, renewals, and mid-term adjustments for commercial and personal lines clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication to clients throughout the insurance cycle.
  • Work closely with underwriters and other stakeholders to ensure seamless policy issuance and renewal.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our client base.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English at A-C/4-9 level.
  • 2+ years of experience in the commercial insurance sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills in insurance products and services.
