Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent member service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting credit union products and services.
  • Process transactions, including account openings, loan applications, and other financial services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including member information, account balances, and transaction history.
  • Comply with all credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve branch goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
