Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent member service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting credit union products and services.
- Process transactions, including account openings, loan applications, and other financial services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including member information, account balances, and transaction history.
- Comply with all credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve branch goals and objectives.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of financial software applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive member information.
