Purpose and Scope:

As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional service to our members through all delivery channels. Your primary responsibilities will include cash box management, account opening and maintenance, phone inquiries, safe deposit boxes, and other services as needed.

Dimensions and Expectations:

This role requires a person-oriented employee with patience, enthusiasm, professionalism, confidentiality, maturity, and good communication skills. You will interact with a diverse group of members, requiring strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide clear and concise information about our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish new memberships and open all accounts
• Process changes in accounts and educate members on available services
• Key all required transactions into the Margo system and balance cash drawer with accuracy
• Balance the vault, ATM, TCD, and coin sorter
• Operate the drive-thru window as needed
• Maintain daily and monthly records of various reports
• Prepare, order, and verify cash delivery and shipment
• Assist members with account problems, checking reconciliations, or errors in transactions
• Grant subsequent advances on existing credit cards and open lines of credit
• Answer phone calls, file paperwork, scan documents into the Image System, and perform other clerical duties as needed

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Possess a high level of self-control, self-confidence, and good basic mathematical skills
• Demonstrate good organizational and communication skills, a positive attitude, and neat appearance
• Work in a fast-paced environment, using sound judgment when making decisions and working well under pressure
• Be willing to engage in ongoing training and professional development
• Have basic computer skills and adhere to our work schedule and attendance policy
