Position Overview: Senior Cost Controller

Turner & Townsend's Natural Resources division is on a trajectory of remarkable expansion and is eager to enhance its workforce. We are in search of a Senior Cost Controller to become a vital part of our innovative Natural Resources and New Energies team. This position entails a range of cost management responsibilities on prominent projects, providing the chance to engage with our skilled Cost Control network.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Tailoring cost management strategies to align with client requirements
  • Establishing and upholding cost management systems and protocols
  • Creating detailed project cost breakdown frameworks
  • Aligning cost estimates with project financial plans
  • Generating accruals and revising project forecasts
  • Facilitating the change management process by delivering cost-related insights

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proficiency in cost performance analysis and forecasting methodologies
  • Experience in leading Cost Control Assurance initiatives
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Earned Value Management, progress tracking, and assessment
  • Insight into the interplay between Project Controls and Cost Control
