Job Title: Mental Health and Substance Use Worker

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health and Substance Use Worker to join our team in Cranbrook, B.C.

About the Role:

This relief part-time (0.90 FTE) opportunity is for a Mental Health and Substance Use Worker to join our high-functioning and well-integrated MHSU Intensive Case Management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide assessment, treatment, and service coordination for adults 19+ experiencing severe substance use concerns.
  • Work as a member of an interdisciplinary team-based model of care to ensure timely, responsive, and evidence-based treatment and clinical supports.
  • Provide low-barrier outreach services to adults who are often vulnerable.
  • Function as a primary clinician utilizing specialized treatment modalities/therapies for individuals, groups, and/or their families.
