Our esteemed national client is in search of skilled Regulatory attorneys to enhance their highly esteemed Healthcare Regulatory division.

This prominent UK commercial law firm offers a wide array of legal services, providing guidance and support to organizations in health, social care, education, and housing across both public and private sectors.


Role Overview

In this pivotal role, you will be part of the healthcare regulatory team, managing a diverse caseload that includes both advisory and litigation matters. You will also have the chance to represent clients at inquests, Court of Protection hearings, and Tribunals.

Additionally, you will play an active role in client relationship management and contribute to business development initiatives for your team.

As this position is more senior, you will have the opportunity to assist in the broader management and oversight of the team, which operates across multiple locations.


Qualifications Required

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Regulatory attorney with a background in a leading national or regional firm, possessing a strong interest in advancing their career in Health, Social Care, or Education Law.

You should demonstrate technical proficiency and innovative thinking. Experience in public law disputes and a broader interest in regulatory and compliance matters is advantageous.

As you will be working within a larger team, it is essential to be a collaborative team player capable of fostering strong working relationships.
