Your New Role

In this fantastic new role, you will be working in the healthcare regulatory team where you will be managing your own varied caseload of both advisory and litigation matters. You will also be actively involved in ongoing client care and business development for your team. As this is a more senior role, you will have the opportunity to assist with the wider management and supervision of the team which spans across multiple offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied caseload of advisory and litigation matters
  • Provide advocacy at inquests, Court of Protection hearings, and Tribunals
  • Actively involved in ongoing client care and business development
  • Assist with the wider management and supervision of the team

Requirements

You will be an established Regulatory lawyer with experience of working for a leading national or regional firm with a keen interest in developing your career in Health, Social Care, or Education Law. You will be someone with technical excellence and a lateral thinker. Experience of dealing with public law disputes and broader regulatory & compliance interest is desirable. As this role will be working within a larger team, you will be someone who is a great team player with the ability to create strong working partnerships.
