Regulatory Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Specialist for a full-time role. In this position, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our products adhere to all pertinent laws and regulations. Join us and contribute to our company's journey towards excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with New Product Introduction (NPI) and Engineering teams to ensure that new products meet the necessary directives and standards.
  • Develop, review, and maintain comprehensive Technical File documentation for products.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments.
  • Perform evaluations in accordance with regulatory and industry standards.
  • Identify non-conformities, recommend enhancements to products and processes, and initiate fault reports.
  • Lead and document safety assessments.
  • Provide assistance during inspections by UL, CSA, and Semi S2.
  • Carry out EMC emission measurements and support EMC immunity testing.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure product compliance is established and maintained.
  • Create compliance guidelines and training programs for NPI and Engineering teams.
  • Assist in the development of Working Instructions, Test Procedures, and manual content.
  • Travel internationally as required to support customer visits related to Plasma Technology.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Company.

Education/Qualifications:

  • Preferred candidates will hold an Engineering or Physical Sciences Degree, though those with HNC/HND or equivalent qualifications may also be considered.
  • A background in electro-mechanics with experience in plasma processing equipment is advantageous.

  • Demonstrate a practical, logical, and methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to completing tasks effectively.
  • Possess excellent communication and influencing skills.
