The Opportunity
We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity to join our Compliance division at Imperial Brands PLC.
Are you driven by the desire to positively influence the regulatory framework within the tobacco sector? We are currently in search of a Regulatory Compliance Specialist, who will be instrumental in ensuring adherence to industry regulations while promoting a culture of accountability. In this role, you will be responsible for producing detailed regulatory documentation (Ingredients, Emissions & Technical) with a high level of precision, ensuring compliance with the requirements and timelines set by the relevant authorities.
As a Regulatory Compliance Specialist, you will become part of a diverse, innovative global FMCG organization, supported by a dedicated workforce of 25,000 individuals. Key Responsibilities
- Develop regulatory documentation on product ingredients and data for submission to appropriate authorities.
- Ensure compliance of our product portfolio across various international markets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to confirm that reporting standards are met.
- Extract and organize data to generate regulatory reports.
- Engage in business development initiatives and projects as necessary.
- Facilitate problem-solving and data review processes, identifying and participating in continuous improvement efforts.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience in a compliance-related role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective planning and organizational abilities with robust analytical skills.
- Capacity to work proactively and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in data processing and analysis, with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
