We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Group Sales Executive to enhance our group retention strategies and deliver exceptional experiences for our clients.

Essential Duties:
- Surpass group sales and retention goals for yourself and your team.
- Build strong relationships with group leaders, both independently and collaboratively.
- Work closely with hostel managers and central sales teams to optimize operations.
- Engage with customers through various communication channels.
- Participate in workshops aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and team efficiency.
- Represent the sales team and the organization professionally, adhering to all policies and procedures.
- Contribute to other business initiatives to drive overall success.
- Exemplify leadership by performing any duties expected of a senior team member.
Working Hours:
This role requires flexibility within standard business hours, allowing for a hybrid work environment.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in managing bookings and securing group sales.
- Strong numerical and literacy skills for precise information handling.
- Background in sales or customer service-oriented industries.
- Demonstrated ability in sales techniques and upselling.
- In-depth knowledge of group business and related products.
- Experience in direct sales, both in-person and over the phone, within a target-driven setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Self-driven, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented.
- Experience in teamwork and quick relationship building.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service.
- Exceptional written communication and telephone etiquette.
- Confident use of organizational systems.
- Leadership capabilities with prior management experience.
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with computerized booking systems and CRM software.
- Working towards or holding a Customer Service NVQ or equivalent.
