Key Responsibilities- Lead a multidisciplinary team of professionals in providing high-quality care and treatment to patients
- Review treatment plans, coordinate discharge, and liaise with commissioners regarding admission, progress updates, and discharge planning
- Participate in a multidisciplinary approach to assessment, formulation, and management plans
- Hold and continue registration with the GMC
- Highly sophisticated communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously to agreed short and medium-term objectives
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to translate best practice and evidence-based research into practical operational solutions
- Participation in a non-residential medical on-call rota
