We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Group Reservations Advisor to join our team at YHA. As a key member of our Reservations Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our group customers, handling a wide range of calls, and supporting the team in achieving our revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to group customers via phone, email, and web chat
- Handle initial enquiries, quotations, and follow-up calls to confirm bookings and payment
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet sales targets and provide an exceptional service
- Utilize our reservations system to match customer requirements with suitable products
- Build long-term relationships with our group customers to ensure repeat business and sales growth
- Good numeracy and literacy skills, with a focus on written communication
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
- Able to build rapport with customers and colleagues through different communication styles
- Experience of working in a sales environment or call centre environment (desirable)
- A competitive salary of £22,700 per annum
