Aon is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Financial Lines team, part of our Global Broking Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and contribute to the marketing and negotiation of Financial Institutions business within the Lloyd's and Company Markets.
  • Lead quote broking and follow market broking activities.
  • Present terms to clients and networks.
  • Record broking activity in market sheets.
  • Review and finalize Market Risk Certificates.
  • Provide benchmarking and placement advice to clients.
  • Client meetings and relationship management.
  • Respond to account queries and establish and manage the pipeline.
Requirements
  • Experience in the insurance industry, either as a broker or insurer.
  • Technical insurance knowledge across Financial Lines.
  • Understanding of London insurance market dynamics and core processes.
  • Ability to use insurance industry IT systems.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of compliance and FCA regulation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
